Align MarTech (“we”, “us”) respects your privacy. This policy explains what personal data we collect through alignmartech.com, why, and the choices you have. It is written to align with India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (“DPDP Act”).

2. What we collect

Only what you choose to give us: your name, business, email, phone or WhatsApp number, area of interest, the message you write, your consent, and a timestamp. If you message us on WhatsApp, WhatsApp shares your number and message with us. Our hosting provider may keep basic technical logs (such as IP address and browser type) for security and reliability.

3. Why we use it

To reply to your enquiry, arrange a call, prepare a proposal and follow up. We do this on the basis of your consent. We do not use your details for unrelated marketing unless you agree.

4. Who we share it with

We do not sell personal data. We use service providers who process data on our behalf, such as Google (Workspace, Sheets and email), our website host and, if you use it, WhatsApp (Meta). Some of these may process data outside India. We may disclose data where the law requires.

5. Cookies and analytics

This website does not use advertising or analytics cookies. If we add analytics later, we will ask for your consent first and update this page.

6. How long we keep it

We keep enquiry details for as long as needed to respond and, if no engagement follows, for up to 24 months after our last interaction, then delete or anonymise them. Client records are kept as long as the relationship and legal obligations require.

7. Your rights

You may ask to access your data, correct it, have it erased, withdraw consent at any time, or nominate someone to exercise your rights. Email hello@alignmartech.com. We aim to respond within 30 days. If we have not resolved your concern, you may approach the Data Protection Board of India once it is operational.

8. Security

We use reasonable safeguards, including restricted access, spam and abuse protection, and secure transmission. No system is completely secure, and we will notify affected people and authorities as the law requires.

9. Children

This website is for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.
